Versie Johnson-Mallard, PhD, MSN, MSMS, assistant professor for USF College of Nursing, has been named Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (AAN). She was honored with the award for her accomplishments in clinical practice, research and education.
AAN is an organization which serves the public and the nursing profession to advance health through development and distribution of nursing knowledge. Dr. Johnson-Mallard will be inducted with the award during the AAN’s 2014 Transforming Health, Policy Conference on October 16 through October 18 in Washington D.C.
